Itenary

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN MEDAN  (Tiara Hotel / Asean Intl Hotel)

 Upon your arrival at Kualanamu International airport you will be greeted in a personalized way and get to know your French or English speaking guide ! Transfer to hotel for a free afternoon at own leisure.

DAY 02: MEDAN – CITY TOUR – TANGKAHAN (Mega Inn)   (B)  

After breakfast, you will be pick up by our tour guide and then transfer to town for a city tour which will include the visit  of the Sultan Palace, Great Mosque, Chinese Temple. Later you will be  drive to Tangkahan via Binjai and Batang Serangan. Afternoon arrival at Tangkahan check-in at MEGA INN

DAY 03: TANGKAHAN – ELEPHANT SAFARI + TUBING   (B)

After breakfast , there is a short walk to the starting point for your Elephant ride, where you may join with the Mahout during the Elephant bath time !After washing the Elephant you can ride the Elephant through the river and jungle, the elephant ride will take about 1h00 hour. After the elephant ride take a short rest and get ready for your next adventure of the day ; Tubing through the river!  On your way through the river you will stop at the  Fantastic Buluh Waterfall where you may enjoy the scenery and  a natural shower!!! Take your time to relax, enjoy sun bathing and swimming in the river. In the Afternoon you will arrive at the local village where  you can get in touch and get to know the locals, you can see the daily activities of the people and then return to your guest house by walk.

DAY 04: TANGKAHAN – BUKIT LAWANG BY JEEP (Bukit Lawang Cottages / Rindu Alam Hotel)   (B)

After your breakfast leave Tangkahan for Bukit Lawang. You will be driven there by Jeep passing different plantations and jungle roads. On the way, there will be different stops; one at the Plantation and visits in different places to enjoy the panorama and witness the activities of the local people. Upon arrival at Bukit Lawang check-in to your hotel and free afternoon to enjoy the nature of Bukit Lawang.

DAY 05: FULLDAY LEUSER NATIONAL PARK TRACKING  (B,L)

After breakfast walk to the jungle to start a jungle trek to explore the nature of Leuser National Park with it’s flora and fauna, you will have the possibility to see Orang Utan in their own habitat and other kind of animal such as Thomas leaf monkeys, long tail macaque, gibbon, black gibbon in the tropical rain forest. This full day trek will finish in the afternoon .

DAY 06: BUKIT LAWANG – MEDAN / AIRPORT   (B)

After breakfast drive to Medan via Binjai, on the way you will visit a traditional market located in Kuala.Arrival at Medan you will be directly transfer to Kuala Namu Int airport for your flights to your next destination.
